A - Yes! Our random testing software allows you to import your data quickly and efficiently using comma separated value (CSV) files. The software allows you to navigate to your import file to select it for import and even displays the data so you can browse it before you import it. If there is a bad record in your import file, our drug and alcohol testing software will alert you which record has the error, allowing you to fix that record and start over.

Q - Does your random drug and alcohol testing software tell me how many records were imported before I determine how many I want to select for random selections?

A - Yes. After you perform an import, the field labeled Import Record Count updates to indicate the number of records that were imported. Also, the "Total Records to Choose From" field on the Random Selection window has the import count.

Q - Does your random drug and alcohol testing software tell me how many the total number of random candidates that were selected?

A - Yes. Our random testing software tells you right on the Random Selection window after you perform the random selection and it also provides that information on the random selection report. Also, the Random Selection report has all of the details on the random selection pull.

Q - Does your random drug and alcohol testing software produce a random selection reports?

A - Yes! The random drug and alcohol testing selection report contains the run date, original files size, total records returned, number of drug results, number of alcohol results, and number of alternates results at the top of the report. It then has line items for each type of result (drug, alcohol or alternate) which displays the Employee ID, First Name, and Last Name of each individual selected.

A - Yes! From the drug and alcohol random selection window simply click on the checkbox labeled “Generate Notification Letters” and a drug and alcohol testing notification letter will be generated for every individual that was chosen in the random drug and alcohol selection pull.

A - Yes! We provide you with the record number and the ID of the record that failed, allowing you to pinpoint and fix the problem.

A - Yes! We allow you to export all of your data to a comma separated value (CSV) file. This allows you to interface with other software you may have and also import your data into any spreadsheet software as well!

A - Yes! The last import is saved in the database until a new import is performed. Just click on the "RandomizeIT with previous import file" button from the RandomizeIT Import window.
