After purchase, you will be provided with a link from which to download the software. The software is a Windows executable file which runs on any version of Windows and requires no installation.
- RandomizeIT was built to provide scientifically valid random candidate selections in a user friendly manner. RandomizeIT adheres to all governmental agencies for valid random selection.
- By default, RandomizeIT imports 3 fields (i.e. ID, First Name, Last Name) from your import file. You can also choose to import 4 fields (i.e. ID, First Name, Last Name, and Company or Department Name). If you are a clinic and want your clinic name on the random selection report simply add your clinic name in the Company Name Creating Report on the Random Selection window.
- You can use use any text editor such as Notepad to create your input files. Example: ID, First Name, Last Name (12345,John,Doe). It's that easy! If you have that data in a spreadsheet program, simply save it as csv (comma separated value) file. We can even help you create them. Just call us.
- RandomizeIT! allows you to select candidates for drug or alcohol testing by either a number or a percentage of candidates at the click of a button. You can choose to select candidates by drug and alcohol on the same pull as well. You can also choose to select alternate candidates.
