Our RandomizeIT software allows you to randomly select individuals for drug and/or alcohol testing, generate the random selection report, and generate a notification letter for each selected candidate.
 
This is a stand-alone random selection program. You can select for drug, alcohol, or drug and alcohol. You can also select alternate candidates. You can select by hard number or percent. As you select companies or a consortium to choose from you are provided with the size of the selection pool for those choices. 
 
Your random report will have several pieces of information. The run date, original import file size, total records returned, total drug results returned, total alcohol results returned, total drug and alcohol results returned, and total alternates returned. It will then list the employee ID, the first name, the last name, and the company name of every individual selected along with the type of test they were selected for (drug, alcohol, drug and alcohol, or alternate).
 
You can also produce notification letters to provide to the individual(s) which they can take to the clinic showing the type of test to be administered.  See the example windows shown above.
