The report identifies the run date, software used, reporting organization, participating companies, original file size, and totals for drug, alcohol, combined drug-and-alcohol, and alternate selections. Each selected record lists the employee ID, first name, last name, company name, and required test type.
To simplify the next step, the software can also generate notification letters for each selected individual. These letters clearly indicate the required test type and can be provided directly to the employee to present at the testing clinic—saving time while maintaining clear documentation.
