RandomizeIT for Pain Management Clinics by TATSoftApps LLC
Our RandomizeIT for Pain Management Clinics software is very similar to our standard RandomizeIT software except that instead of randomly selecting individuals for random testing it selects random dates to be tested for an individual of your choosing.
This is a stand-alone random selection program. You can choose the date pool that you desire, such as a any month, quarter, year, etc. You can select by hard number or percent. You can select dates for drug, alcohol, and drug and alcohol testing. You can also generate notification letters to provide to the individual to inform them of their test requirements.
Your random report will have several pieces of information. The run date, original import file size, total records returned, total drug dates returned, total alcohol dates returned, and total drug and alcohol dates returned. It will then list the patient ID, the first name, and the last name of every date selected along with the type of test they were selected for drug, alcohol, and/or drug and alcohol.
You can also produce notification letters to provide to the individual(s) which they can take to the clinic showing the type of test to be administered. See the example windows shown above.
