Tell us whether the selection is for drug testing, alcohol testing, or both; whether to select an exact number or percentage; and whether you would like alternate candidates included.
Need notification letters? Add Notification Letters – Random Selection Service Add-On to your cart for $20. You will receive one letter for every selected individual showing the employee ID, name, company, and required test type. The letters will be delivered with your Random Selection Report.
Submit a properly formatted CSV file containing Employee ID, First Name, Last Name, and an optional Company Name. Most orders are completed within one business day, and properly formatted submissions may be completed the same business day.
